Terms and Conditions of Sale
Buildings are required to be moved from location no later than August 31, 2012. If buyer fails to meet the above noted condition, buyer may be subjected to monthly penalties deemed reasonable to the seller or forfeit the purchase payment.
Buildings are sold in “as is” condition. Judgement of the buildings’ condition is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer is responsible for the costs of moving.
The Buyer agrees to full responsibility of the building after the purchase transaction is complete. The seller will not be responsible for insurance on the building during this transition period.
